Out of interest, I tried searching Google for Photoshop Elements & More Forum earlier today, using several different keywords but nothing brought it up
I'm used keywords I would use if I were looking for such a forum
Does anyone else have this issue?
These are the keywords I've tried:
Photoshop Elements
Photoshop Elements Forum
Photoshop Elements and More
Photoshop Elements & More
Photo editing forum
Digital photo editing forum
Unless I'm doing something wrong, aren't these obvious keywords that should be included in the 'mechanism' enabling a site to be picked up on a search?

Maybe it does take some time. I have no knowledge/experience re setting things up for search engines to find a web site. I was just very surprised I couldn't find any search to find PSE&M. I have just tried searching on a copy/paste of Photoshop Elements and More and, although Google quotes "About 13,500,000 results (0.41 seconds) ", I can find no mention of PSE&M.
So, if it's because of being early days, that's OK. I was concerned, but probably no need to be, eh?

A search for Photoshop Elements & More provides the first 5 hits leading to us.
Interestingly, a search for Photoshop Elements Forum doesn't yield a hit for EV!
In any case, it takes a while for all the search engines to do their webcrawling thing. Be patient.

Julie, I first read your thead back at EV www.elementsvillage.com/forums/showthread.php?p=718517&posted=1#post718517Intrigued, I tried googling photoshopelementsandmore (also **s&more)and got a hit on page three of the search but it only brought me back to this thread, and on page 5 of the search a link to a facebook site called Adobe Photoshop Elements which gave me my notifications. Also there is a site by Cherri Williams called Photoshop Elements and More that the new site people should know about or at least look at. I copied and posting it to this post on the new site, hoping to link it back to EV. Ron P.S. I thought that establishing links might give it a google identity/ |

As an after thought, I was wondering if Rick or someone else in his absence at the Photoshop Elements Technique site, would willingly give a direct link to this site as they did with the EV Community back in the Village (which is us really) just a thought, possibly already considered but it may provide more link hits for the googlebots to chomp on?

I know that Mate, but I sometimes get confused between The Village and the PET site, and I don't recall him mentioning the PET site, just that he would leave a static page on the EV url. I think it will take awhile for the search engines to find us, and us admins are not Search Engine Optimization (SEO) experts, so we are still learning  What will help is links to this site from other sites. So links to this site from member blogs and other forums will make a difference! |

I was able to find it when i typed in photoshopelements&more and photoshopelementsandmore. Both showed up.
