Another photo story from yesterday was this article on the BBC which shows what could be a wave cloud photographed by a flight passenger over Australia.
This is why I always have my camera with me on flights; you never know what you might see when you are 30,000 feet in the air!

To this day I always make sure I have my camera in my carry on bag rather than in my checked in luggage.
