Combined 3 mages from Pixabay Rita, I really like this effect. How did you create it? Photoshop's Oil Paint filter? Topaz? Sepiana, it's a blend of Squiggly Lines from Topaz Glow and PhotoPainting from Impression, both at reduced opacity. I needed to add texture and some light variation because the originals were plain clipart.

Rita Rita, thanks! I don't think I ever used this filter combination. I need to give it a try. It gives a totally different look to "plain clipart". |

whippet......I like your idea! I don't think there is a requirement for proficiency in any of our threads........what's important is to keep trying out new things and little by little you will see improvement. I know I have learned a lot using this philosophy
