The editing of this image is the result of two tutorials. The tuts are similar but the results are referred to as either Faux HDR or Hyper realistic. Most of the editing is done in Adobe Camera Raw. The two tuts that I used are listed below. The Mark Galer tut is more detailed and it addresses the use of Lightroom. Although both tuts are for Photoshop CC, I used PSE 12 with Elements +

However, what I liked about your image was the Faux HDR look.....so I just pasted this result on top of the original image and used the multiply blend mode......not the same as yours but I kind of like the results:
