There is no longer a "next Sunday" posting deadline. You can grab your camera, take your photo, and post it in this thread any time you wish to.
Would you like to participate in the Weekly Photo Challenge? Just take a photo that is your interpretation of the theme and post it in this thread.
- Your photo(s) should be your own, i.e., they should not have been taken by someone else. - Photoshopping is allowed but should be kept to the basics only rather than a total transformation. - Grab your camera, experiment, and, most of all, have fun.
This week's theme was suggested by Bill. (Thanks, Bill!)

The predominant wildflower colour here in September is definitely yellow with Canada Goldenrod everywhere (one of the native plants we exported that has become invasive elsewhere) and wild tall sunflowers still in flower. Here's a shot from the wild part of the garden.
We feed birds all year round: summer at the summer place and fall, winter and spring at home. The main feed is small seed oil sunflowers, enjoyed by a lot of species. Lots of seed gets spilled and then they grow in the shrub borders in summer. This is a late bloomer growing in the shade under the bay window. Taken today.
