Sepiana - seems I was wrong about not being able to get disks. I just looked on Amazon and I can still get either a download only version or a box with disks in it. I just remember having grief finding a box with disks in it when last I looked.

It must be. All I could find now on the missing features by performing a quick search was this statement on an Elements 2019 FAQ page:

A handful of features from previous versions are not available in Photoshop Elements 2019 due to new product support for 64-bit systems. They include:
- Photo Mail
- Photomerge Style
- MatchMagic Extractor tool
- Texture FillFrame from video
- Interactive layout mode in Photomerge Panorama
- Photoshop Showcase

However, I found a table specifying the new features from Elements 14 to Elements 2019.
