A big THANK YOU!!! to everyone who submitted an image. It was very difficult to choose from the gallery, but me being somewhat like a hummingbird and LOVING bright colors ........well you can see how my choices went.
Iris by Pontiac1940 - lovely colors and detail. The frame pops the flower out.
Angelag's Blue Boats - this intriguing image with its cool blue boats make you wonder what the story is behind the boats
Poppy by Blackmutt - this image is so VIBRANT against the green background. Love it!
The Jacky C by PeteB - what can I say - a great image that makes one wonder what the story is behind the plane. I bet other pilots' eyeballs are popping out of their heads when they see this plane coming at them! [probably not snoopy's plane, but maybe the red baron's.....]
......and.........just when you thought I was done.............ahaha..........I'm not............next week's judging will be done by a NEW JUDGE, so please keep those cool gallery submissions coming!!!
Thanks for sharing your enthusiasm from the judge's chair, Pat! Congratulations to Judy, Clive and Angela with special congrats to Pete for his great plane shot! Want to echo Pat's call for image submissions for this week.....keep 'em coming!

Thanks for including my image in the IOW. A few notes about the Jacky C. This photo was taken at a World War II event at a nearby airport (Reading, PA). During WW II, the Jacky C. was part of the Royal Canadian Air Force and served in defense of Canada’s west coast. I’m sorry to say that I missed getting any photos when it was flown at the event. Thanks again and congratulations to all.
