I did this one with the quick selection tool and then an ON1 B&W preset called latte on the unselected part. Latte looked pretty close to sepia
Interestingly I think this would work with the smart brush in PSE as I recall color>sepia was one of the options when I was poking around the smart brush in the last creative challenge. Have to go look againh.

Used the slider technique for the first two. Red was hard as it was in other parts of the image. So did a third one and converted the entire image to Sepia and then used a mask to bring back her red shirt.
