Even if you're not entirely happy with it, I bet you've learned a lot. I like it! It conveys strength and movement.

Clive They are two of a resident Crane family (the other is out of the frame) at the Reifel Migratory Bird Sanctuary, in Delta BC., so they're fairly used to visitors. The youngster (whom I couldn't identify) was hatched last year, and we were all happy that he survived, because, sadly, in the past, we've lost other hatchlings to predators. On the whole they ignore us, but a friend was able to hand-feed them (with gloves on of course). She was braver than me!

Jackie, Thanks for judging and for giving the Sandhill Cranes an honourable mention. You're right--they were much more interested in foraging than my camera. Congratulations to Dean--that's a beautiful still life arrangement, I wish I could do that. As for Judy's hay bales in the field, it's quite exceptional, and it deserves to be framed and hung in a special place.

I had it free too, and have installed it, but to be honest, I'm not seeing any improvement in any of the images I tried. I'm wondering why, as my computer has enough power. Could it be that my GPU is not up to it?

Well done, Helen. It was interesting to see the process. Excellent result, and worth the work you put into it. AGG

This is an "and more" image. I was familiarising myself with Topaz AI Gigapixel. The image was resized with AI Gigapixel and finished in PS Elements, specifically the Recompose feature, to take out some of the space between the eagle and the tree.

Christell Thanks so much for taking on the job of judging, and for choosing my pumpkin image. Congratulations to dandc, kathylee and Tom on your beautiful images--I'm happy to be alongside such good company! The pumpkin was one of many at Vancouver's Vandusen Garden "Glow" festival, all beautifully carved. Now that's a skill I wish I had. Angela
