Quokka, small marsupial native to Rottnest Island. Too cute. Size of a small cat? Yes, that sounds about right. They are semi-nocturnal, and very friendly, the Dutch explorers who named the island Rottnest thought they were giant rats, ie rats nest island, sometime back in 1696.

So much variety in the wildlife near you. Some of those sheep have interesting looking horns, almost to the point of doing damage to themselves if they grow inwards towards their heads.
