Thank you for posting this distressing news about the passing of a stalwart, always helpful founding member of this community. His presence will be missed here. Condolences to Craig's family and close friends.

If any users can't find the new Photoshop CC 2020 Object Selection Tool (which should appear in the group which also includes the Quick Selection and Magic Wand tools) this short video from Matt K. should be of help: www.youtube.com/watch?v=inIkY4sy6yw&feature=em-uploademail x (x) <abbr data-ir-ext-unit=""></abbr> <style> #ir-ext-ui { position: fixed; padding: 1px; z-index: 9999; display: none; font-family: Consolas, "Lucida Console", "Courier New", Courier, monospace; text-align: right; } </style>

It looks like Adobe will be coming out soon (next month?) with something similar in terms of a new AI masking/selection tool for Photoshop. A "sneak peek" demo video of it can be viewed here: www.youtube.com/watch?v=0Qm5nS2PMBs x (x) <abbr data-ir-ext-unit=""></abbr> <style> #ir-ext-ui { position: fixed; padding: 1px; z-index: 9999; display: none; font-family: Consolas, "Lucida Console", "Courier New", Courier, monospace; text-align: right; } </style>

Just released by Topaz for Mac & PC computers this new product effectively ends their policy of free upgrades to Topaz products with the following justification: " Since we’ve built Mask AI from the ground up to include significantly more powerful technology, this is a new application rather than an update to ReMask."Existing Topaz Remask owners instead are offered are "special" discount price of $49.99 until the end of November. x (x) <abbr data-ir-ext-unit=""></abbr> <style> #ir-ext-ui { position: fixed; padding: 1px; z-index: 9999; display: none; font-family: Consolas, "Lucida Console", "Courier New", Courier, monospace; text-align: right; } </style>

Buckskin, custom user palettes in DXO are automatically saved but not automatically displayed afterwards (for some strange reason!). Try opening DXO, select the "Customize" module and then from the top menu options select "Palettes". Your custom palette should appear at the bottom of the drop down list but without a check mark to the immediate left of the palette name. Click in the space provided to add the check mark. Close DXO, re-open and then in Customize select the Palettes drop down list again. Your custom palette should appear with a check mark beside it. The custom palette itself should be displayed in the column on the right side of the screen.
