Yes, there are numerous nests along the Jersey shore. We have a nest stand in Monmouth Beach that they return to every Spring. One day I may go over there and see what I can capture. My problem is that if they're not there when I go, I don't have the patience to hang around waiting for them to return to the nest.

Outstanding, Lillias! I wondered if anyone might attempt that.....

Oh my, Jim! That's definitely a sinister looking face you've created. Beyond anything I ever imagined for this challenge....love it! See you've edited your post, Jim. I've sometimes rethought a post as well. It was certainly a change from your usual style but was basically harmless. I like the colors in your new edit.

For what it's worth, Pete. My pick would be the other one....I would just cover up the man whose face is in focus with your background colors. Maybe someone else will weigh in.

I like the purple/pink combo you've created, Sepiana. The metal texture seems to create a nice "shine".

I actually might prefer this one with everything blurred, Pete. To my eye he kind of interrupts the energy created by the ICM..... Just my thoughts....

Like how you were able to keep Garth in focus, Peterj! Seems like a perfect image for the event.

Converted to B/W and then used neural filter style transfer.

I should do this stuff more often. You should, cause you always come up with something good!

Glad to see those scruffy old bowling pins have been given a fresh new look this morning. Nice transformations, Frank and Lillias!
