I forgot to answer one of your questions... yes I do still have The Missing Manual for Photoshop Elements 13, but I really never use it.

I just figured it out! Amazing that I was able to do it. Something finally clicked. Thank you Sepiana and Clive! I am struggling with this again. Oh how I wish I would have said what it was I figured out! Yes NOW I can draw an arrow using a line, but that is totally different from what I used to do years ago!! Sepiana, thank you for finding this thread for me! |
