You are so creative, Lillias! Like that I can right click and save your image to see the layers you used to create it.

It took me a while to find images that might fit for this challenge. This is definitely NOT perfect, but I had fun creating it, and that's what matters! The steps are different in PS and I don't see a way to stop once it starts.
It was fun learning something new, Tony. Thanks for the tutorial...now to find more applications for it!

All items on the page are from HiClipart. This was an interesting exercise. Somewhere along the line the BG got kind of cartoonized but it is what it is... Jack in the Box...

That worked out very well and glad you had fun doing it. The steps are a bit different in PS although you still need to put the frames into layers as in PSE but then, in PS, you have to go to Save for Web via the Timeline. PS does let you do a few extra things more easily like importing multiple images or video frames, aligning the images/frames and putting them into layers which can then be animated. The timeline also lets you do a few extra things although I've not found it too easy to understand! Anthony Morganti has some good videos on PS animation like this one Tony

I was wondering what to do with the rooster. Tried to make it walk and failed! Never thought of color changes - well done!

What I seem to be noticing is the gifs that seem to work best are those that are against a static background. I would like to try my girl again. Wondering if I could just change her facial expressions....not sure if that will work or not.

Couldn't find the grid of faces that I used for the last girl so tried another grid from Andrea Piacquadio at pexels. Again not perfect but better than my last one. I think slowing it down makes her transitions seem more natural.

After watching the Tony Morganti video, I cropped my flag gif and it now works better!

Thanks, Vicki. I downloaded my original faces...omitted just one I think....and lined them up better. Watching the video that Tony linked to really helped. So now I am giffed out for awhile..... but we still have a week left!

So now I am giffed out for awhile..... but we still have a week left! That looks good and, as we do have a week left and you do have PS, you could try tweening . That fades one image into the next and I just found a tutorial here that explains how to do it. I tried it and it worked with the two faces I had in my original post and starting with just the two faces as layers it created 10 fading frames in between in the timeline. It added transparency but the tutorial explains how to fix that (not sure why that works but it did). I'd post the result but imgbb is being a problem at the moment. Tony
