Thanks Jacki and Lillias. I fixed the ribbon on the left (the left side had a little notch) and added a drop shadow to the ribbon under the picture on the right.  |

I’m conflicted. I like how the text goes with the dark, but there is that issue already discussed - photos conflicting with the dark. I love that gold striped thing. I think that should be the running theme on your pages

Helen I like the colors and layout. It will be great. I am late to the party so should not be butting in. One thing is driving me crazy. (A short trip.  ) I like the 50 Cheers (a play on 50 years). But the TH to go with the 50 i.e. 50TH is misplaced to my eye. Clive  |

Good catch. I never noticed the placement. In addition, as long as we’re playing with the th, I’d change from capitals to small letters. Of course, now the 50 looks off center, but I don’t want to give up the th…
It’s issues like this that makes my designing more complex than it needs to be. 😜
ok. I give up. The th has to go. Centering is more important than grammar.
