In my 'travels' through Pixabay, Unsplash, and other image sites, this photo popped out at me. It really is called "Hooligan", which I love, and it's by Victoria Regen on Pixabay.
I'm eager to see what kinds of mischief this guy can get into at the hands of our members!

It’s an equal rights thing, right? Great job with all the edits. PeteB —I love the image you chose and the placement of the balloons. Great target practice for him.

My hooligan went traveling and ended up on a planet far, far away...  I tried to create a space suit, but PS Generative Fill did NOT cooperate and wouldn't create one that fit him. The planet and fantasy mushrooms were from Pixabay and the spider came from Pexels. |
