This week's challenge is an African Elephant...you can create a habitat, give him friends, send him to the moon, whatever your imagination can devise!
Image is from Adobe Stock Photos
A bit about the African Elephant from the WWF website: Elephants are the largest land mammals on earth and have distinctly massive bodies, large ears, and long trunks. They use their trunks to pick up objects, trumpet warnings, greet other elephants, or suck up water for drinking or bathing, among other uses. Both male and female African elephants grow tusks and each individual can either be left- or right-tusked, and the one they use more is usually smaller because of wear and tear. Elephant tusks serve many purposes. These extended teeth can be used to protect the elephant's trunk, lift and move objects, gather food, and strip bark from trees. They can also be used for defense. During times of drought, elephants even use their tusks to dig holes to find water underground.

Took me awhile to see the 6 legs, fotofrank ......like how you added to the narrative. Here's my attempt. Not very creative......background from StockSolo....png from pngtree.

- Created the composite with an image from Pixabay. - Applied a Color Lookup adjustment layer (LUT by fotofrank -- Graffiti). - Applied a texture by Clive Sax (Golden Texture, Multiply blending mode, 50% Opacity). - Took the file into AKVIS Frames (Light Effects).

Frank, Awesome discovery of a never before seen species of elephant! Like its habitat, too!
Helen, nice job placing him back in his native environment. I'm sure you've made him happy!
Sepiana, what a great result you obtained using all those tools! Looks like a very cool comic book effect!
Lillias, you put together a nice little (? BIG?) dance party/jam session.
Helen, Green elephant greeters at the cannery? What a novel idea!!!
Tony, really nice color changes to the elephants...and in keeping with the theme of the month...not sure if you have the same in Canada, but June is Pride Month in the US.
You guys are all amazing and managed all these wonderful images on the first day of the challenge! WOW!
