Orig. planned to blend this with another image using fotor's image blending double exposure effect but couldn't find it anywhere using their directions so used their pencil drawing effect instead. Then took it into Elements 23 for adjustments and added a mosaic filter. Jim, good thing you went for this pencil effect. Applying the Mosaic filter took it to another level. There is a 3D look to it. As I was not familiar with Fotor's editing tools, I went to check them out. These directions are the only ones I could find. Create Double Exposure Photo in Seconds

I have been enjoying all the submissions for this challenge. I adapted a page I made on this theme a long time ago...all images used are from PixaBay... A Young Boy Dreams of what might be one day...

Lillias, your page adaptation worked. It brought two generations of this game together. Nicely done!

Create Double Exposure Photo in SecondsThanks, Sepiana. The problem I ran into with Fotor's was that when I came to the step that said: "Choose the double exposure effect on the left effect menu toolbar" slide the intensity left or right as needed, and apply the effect when you find it perfect", I never saw that double exposure effect on the left effect menu toolbar" option ANYWHERE even though I tried redoing it 2-3 times. Perhaps it was because I was using their free version but they should not have implied that it was available when it wasn't. Go figure.
I used their 4 steps instructions about half the way down that page: How to Blend Two Images Together after clicking on "Blend images now".
1.Click on the "Blend Images Now" to get started. 2.Upload or drag and drop the two images that you want to blend online. 3.Choose the double exposure effect on the left effect menu toolbar, slide the intensity left or right as needed, and apply the effect when you find it perfect. 4.Download the blended pictures.

I didn't see the double exposure effect in the left menu either. I think you are on the right track; double exposure is not available in the trial version. Have you thought about contacting them about this?

Ran the Ring Frames action by Panos (Ornamental Frames). Great choice for the frame, Sepiana. It's quite fitting for the circular ball theme.

I think you are on the right track; double exposure is not available in the trial version. Have you thought about contacting them about this? Sepiana, no I figured it would be too time-consuming and lots of hoop-jumping for me to go through ... and also that if they are that sloppy about getting their freebie program options right, I'll just keep looking around for other double-exposure type of tuts. Do you know of any good ones? I found one on YouTube by Rick Peterson that came pretty close to the effect I wanted using the B&W gradient tool www.youtube.com/watch?v=MYfhrAEgX8g (see my Rose Blend pic. posted in our Digital Art section yesterday), but at the end of the video he didn't explain how to erase those two green vertical lines so I had to play around until I finally got rid of those.

Okay, thanks Sepiana. HTG George sometimes moves a bit fast for me on his videos but I will check them out.
