Applied lineart filter in GMIC and back in PSE blended with the original using the Darken blend mode. Added some clouds by devirose81 of DeviantArt. Other additions come from Rawpixel, Pixabay, Pexels and pngtree. Bob the Builder says - ‘This is some restoration project folks but never fear I am on the job’.  |
