- Took the file into Dynamic Auto Painter Pro (Watercolor). - Applied an Art Paper texture by Anthony Morganti (Multiply blending mode, 100% Opacity). - Applied the Texturizer filter (Canvas).  |

Took the image into the Smart photo editor Applied the Detailed aqua filter to the image and The Amazing Watercolour filter to the birds. Frame by Jodi.  |

My first thought was to do a simple reflection. It kinda looks like some sort of flower-creature, reminiscent of a sea dragon. EDIT: Oops! I missed the fact that Frank already beat me to it. Oh well, great minds and all that!
