Applied a vignette to a plain white background and added a border from Hiclipart Also added a frame from Hiclipart. Lillias, did you use a brush to make those "veins"/"lightening bolts" or were they part of your HiClipart frame?

Lillias, did you use a brush to make those "veins"/"lightening bolts" or were they part of your HiClipart frame? They are part of the frame Jim. Go to Hiclipart and search for ‘electrify frames’ and you will find a selection of these frames from which to choose.
