BG from Pixabay. All other items from Hiclipart. Took the image into Topaz Studio - Impression-Urban and applied the Graphic Sketch filter. Back in PSE I inverted the image to obtain the negative film effect. Lillias, great idea and execution! Creative use of added-elements and techniques. |
