I tried something similar and at the end used the elliptical marquee to create the circle. Quite a difference, Helen.

Adding a frame seems to really dress up the image. Image taken with a Black Mist 1/4 filter.

Took the file into Topaz Studio (Happy Little Trees). - Applied a texture by Jason P. Odell (Luminescent Painterly, Soft Light blending mode, 75% Opacity). Very nice result, Sepiana. Even in exclusion mode it has a happy look, as if the two flowers are dancing with butterflies caught up in the joy of it all along with them.

Had to try my favourite flower - a lotus blossom. Selected the background and adjusted the colours before flipping the flower and using Lighter Color as the blend mode. Tony
