Love that snowy scene, Julie! I was raised in the snowy Midwest but have lived in or near Los Angeles for umpteen decades now, so seldom see it fall except when we have driven up to Big Bear Lake or Lake Tahoe, etc.

D'oh! I finished my last sachet of hot chocolate last week and now that winter is over I doubt I will be buying another box anytime soon, otherwise I would have made a cuppa and taken a picture of it!

Would have to be in front of a roaring coal fire too, though! I have to admit, the 'snow scene' was taken in Italy. It's a friend's back garden. There was deep, deep snow that winter!

Here you are, Julie. You'll have to take my word for it that there is chocolate inside that cup, and don't tell anybody I made this fire in California. The penalty for burning coal in a residential area is probably astronomical. On some days we are not even allowed to burn wood logs.
Rita
Now how about a bridge to get us over the next gap?

The twin bridges over Deception Pass in Washington State should bridge the gap but at that time I didn't see any boats passing under it,

Rita Ooh! That hot chocolate looks good. Thanks Rita. The fire looks good too. We have some good coal or wood fires over here. Pubs especially. They often have a roaring fire during winter. Julie

Rita, you came to the rescue and saved the day once again with your hot choc and roaring fire! We are going to have to start calling you Supergirl Marianne, I wish I could deliver those flowers for you, but I am fresh out of silhouettes!

That was hard. Plenty of flowers but no silhouettes! And no sun which would have made it easy to take a silhouette picture. Eventually I decided to take a picture of my orchids against the completely cloudy white sky: Now can someone show me a picture of a bunch of keys? Bayla

This is my bunch of keys for at school, which is starting next week. I'm in a whirl trying to get ready! What I'd like see are some fresh and eager faces!

Cool pic! Here are faces in the crowd at a baseball game in Japan - they sure were eager for their team to win! I would like to see someone's favourite colour featuring prominently in a pic of their choice.

Deleted my post - I didn't see page two and I was way behind in the hunt. I'll try again later.

You can't have a tropical beach without some PALM TREES
