Well it was working just fine until this morning when the following error message popped up:  How do I update my bookmarks as suggested? I click on OK, then it asks me to log in, but doesn't accept my details. I tried deleting the forum from Tapatalk & adding it again but it still won't accept photoshopelementsandmore as a valid url only evtest.freeforums.net! Bayla |

Yes, I tried to update my bookmarks but it didn't help. I keep getting the same message as you, Bayla.

Hopefully once the evtest url ceases to exist it will sort itself out.

I have an open support request with Tapatalk for this. For now, it still shows up by searching on evtest.

There is an issue that the new forum name is not showing up on Tapatalk. You have to search using the old name (evforum test). I've contacted support about getting this resolved. You can try Tapatalk for free - it shows ads in addition to the forum. A benefit of the app is it allow you to follow multiple forums (which is only useful if you follow multiple forums that support Tapatalk). Andy, searching for the old forum doesn't bring anything up. Hope this gets sorted soon, as I am not able to access the new forum from work (our websense program blocks newly created websites!!), so I have been relying on Tapatalk for my lunch time fun, until we changed names that is. |

Hi Steven, I am also not able to use Tapatalk with this forum; it seems it is a bigger problem with the forum and the app. Our IT gurus are trying to get ProBoards to help with this issue, but at this point in time we have no lead time on a resolution. Sorry! |

Sorry for the delays with this. I've been back and forth with both TapaTalk and ProBoards support. We've been trying different things but none of them worked. I was just contacted today by ProBoards support and they indicated that our forum is not the only one having the problem. They are now working with TapaTalk directly to address the problem.

Tapatalk appears to be working again. When you search for the forum in Tapatalk, search for pselementsandmore.proboards.com. Tapatalk won't recognize our custom domain of photoshopelementsandmore.com and we have to use the alternate one. If two results appear after the search, pick the one with the Eiffel Tower icon. |

I was in a bit of a hurry when I was trying to get this resolved. They required an image be upload, so I just grabbed one I had quick access to. Once we have a logo, we can change the image. |
