Hi everyone,
Would you like to participate in this challenge? Just post a photo or photos which will be your interpretation of the theme.
The rules are rather simple.
Your photo(s) should be your own, i.e., they should not have been taken by someone else. Your photo(s) should be taken during the week of the theme. You are allowed to do some photoshopping. You are to experiment and, most of all, have fun.

Seems like I'm always either last of first. Thanks Sepiana ... so many different types of baskets to choose from!

Bill,
You raised the bar here. I love how you composed this image and how you interpreted "Baskets". This image brings back memories of a bike I had while in Graduate School. Even the colors and the brake levels look the same. Great thinking out of the basket, I mean, the box.

A little past their best by this time of year, these hanging baskets are still putting on a brave and colourful show. The food was excellent too, I was told!

Brenda,
Great interpretation of this theme! I can always count on you to capture something quite original for this challenge. As usual, it is creativity + skills.
As a side note -- I wish I could "see" the way you do. I have five hanging baskets outside and four inside the house. I am still looking to capture something for this challenge. Embarrassing!!!

An inside and an outside basket: Inside baskets are usually occupied by cats - often both of them squeeze in here but today it was just one: It's Thanksgiving here Monday so harvest time for vegetables from the garden. That's where the outside basket comes in useful: Tony

Tony -- I really like how you captured two basket extremes -- inside and outside. Very creative! However, as much as I like veggies, I favor the cat. (I also have a black furry companion.)
Helen -- The mix of straight lines (stands) and curved lines (baskets) makes for a very interesting composition. Really glad you came upon these. Great capture!

Another kind of basket (and a very popular one).

My offering this week is less attractive than Brenda's, but I was inspired by seeing her peg basket.

Dennis,
On the contrary, I find your image quite attractive. I really like the contrast in the colors (the colorful pegs and basket against the dark background). Another job well done!
