I know I've asked this before, but I can't seem to find the thread. I need to clean-up and move files from one folder to another, but it is really difficult when the thumbnail doesn't display an image, but just says .psd. Can you remind me of the software I need in order to do this?

Thanks Andrei! Worked like a charm and I did make a donation as I think it's important to support these little guys.

I use Preset Viewer Argus, from Tumasoft (http://www.tumasoft.com/argus/index.html) It is $10, but also allows you to view PSE presets and brushes within Explorer.

Thank you for posting that.
I installed it yesterday and it seems like it is going to be a real asset.
I have not yet gotten that far along with it, but it says it is capable of communicating back-and-forth with other programs including my Elements 7; I wish I could figure out a way to do the same with Canon DPP as E7 is not capable of supporting the newer Canon RAW files.

Hi buckskin, there is a plugin called metaraw from the plugin site which will let raw files work with elements 7, I can't post link as I'm on mobile.this plugin will work within elements 7 so no need to load a different app. Just search plugin site. Also you could download adobe dng converter for free, use that to change canon raw into adobe dng which elements 7 can read.

I would appreciate more information on metaraw.
I also started downloading the latest version of the Adobe DNG converter but I had no idea that it would take so long; it has been chewing on this for about thirty minutes and the bar at the bottom of my screen says 4hr 22min remaining with only 3% downloaded; does that sound normal ??
Many thanks.

It should not take this long. Even with a slow Internet connection, it should take only a couple of minutes not hours. Which option did you select for the downloading -- Run or Save?

I had tested this download link earlier. I selected "Save". It took only a couple of minutes for the process to be completed. I am not sure what is going on. However, I have seen this happen. It will say "hours" for a given download process to be completed and, in fact, it is done in minutes. Do you have a slow Internet connection? Could your antivirus program be interfering with the download? If this is not the case, I would try downloading again using the "Save" option and letting the process run its course to see what happens.
