I'm a Lightroom user and I skipped the CC. I use PSE and OnOne and find they meet my needs without me having to pay for and learn PS.

I use CC. I used to use Lightroom 4 but when I wanted to upgrade I couldn't figure out how to do it without using CC. I like it. I've been playing around some with full Photoshop. I'm happy to say that a lot of what I learned with PSE transfers over. Things are moved around though.
