Did the scroll bar change somehow in PSE 14? I have a real problem now with scrolling in PSE 14. I can't seem to scroll slowly or line by line. The thing takes off like a rocket and jumps forward and back uncontrollably. Does anyone know what's going on with this?

Yes, it did change and is difficult to control. I generally use my up/down arrows instead.
I do like that it tells me where I am in my scrolling but the control issue is a major problem.

So glad I'm not imagining it! I do try using the up/down arrows too but it still jumps too far in one go. Hopefully they'll fix it soon. Thanks for commenting.

I am sorry to hear you are experiencing errant behavior with scrolling. I have nothing to say that might be helpful, other than to note that it is not a universal experience. For me the scrolling works quite smoothly. I think deleting the preferences file may be worth trying, but I will let someone else weigh in on that.

I have Elements 14 installed on two computers; I have not encountered the problem you describe.
You may want to report this problem in the Adobe Feedback forum. They are better qualified to determine if this is indeed a bug or just a fluke.
