PC with Windows 10 (upgraded from Windows XP and Windows 8.1) with PSE7
Most of PSE7 seems to work OK except for the Catalogue search facility. When I enter a word into search - say Venice - it only finds pictures from one folder or sub-folder. Pictures of Venice would be spread over several (8-10) folders and sub-folders.
Any thoughts how this problem may be rectified.

I agree, I have not been able to reproduce the problem, but I have versions 6, 10,12,13 and 14, not version 7.
My question is about the 'text search' field found in version 10 and not in version 6. Does it exist in version 7 and did you use it? I have no problems in versions 10 and newer, but maybe the 'text' search does only work within a folder when in folders view?
