Rita- That is a awesome picture for this effect. You really done well on it.
Estherf- I like how you showed how a composite can be used in this tutorial. Good job.
Helen- Don't be so hard on yourself. I think it looks just fine. How did he do? I used to love track. In high school I came in first place in the 220 and 440 yard races. And I ran the 100 yard dash in 10.1 seconds bare footed and blue jeans. I had forgot my gym cloths that day, so the coach told me to take my boots and socks off to run.

Mike...he is a freshman......this was a 4X1500 relay. You must have been a good sprinter.....he is more into distance running. Barefoot.....pretty impressive!!!!
