This tutorial created by Rick Petersen gives you the option to watch a video or follow his written directions. At the end, after I had flattened my collage, I did do a bit of healing and cloning. I hope you'll like it and I look forward to seeing your collages.

Thanks, Rita. Like all tuts, finding images that will work together is key. I was lucky in that I had just worked on these pictures from a recent trip.

Recently I found that masking in something like the shrubbery with very irregular edges becomes easy when I use one of the Spatter Brushes. I have also used that method instead of making fussy selections. Others may know this already, but I never saw it mentioned anywhere.

Very well done compositions! I might have a use for this technique in the future with a photo book I will be working on.

Moto,
PSE 14 has 6 Spatter Brushes of different sizes in the Default Brushes, right below the Air Brushes. I'm fairly sure there have been some in every version, although perhaps not that many.

Great tip, Rita! Your collage is beautifully composed! Thanks, Helen. As you said, the problem is finding images that will work. I spent as long on that as on putting them together. Rita
