Hi everyone,
Would you like to participate in the Weekly Photo Challenge? Just post a photo or photos which will be your interpretation of the theme.
The rules are rather simple.
Your photo(s) should be your own, i.e., they should not have been taken by someone else. Your photo(s) should be taken during the week of the theme. You are allowed to do some photoshopping. You are to experiment and, most of all, have fun.
NOTE: This week you are going to point your camera upwards to capture something (or someone). Also, to liven up things a bit, it would be nice if you explained where you were positioned when you took your shot.

I went this morning to take the bridge picture. Clean forgetting about the adventure climb. Wish I was years younger, I would have loved a go on that,

There are quite a few birds that live in the wetlands and ponds here; the eagles are always a favorite.

As an experiment I thought I'd try a fisheye lens with the camera on the ground underneath the tomato plants in the garden. The lowest orange grape tomatoes were only 3" from the lens - my fisheye won't focus that close but it certainly made them grow! Sun overhead so very much backlit and it was dark under the tomatoes so a fair bit of shadow boosting and highlight zapping was needed to bring out the detail. Tony

Frank,
I really like the way you captured this tree -- the zooming-in, the focus effect, the black-and-white conversion. It is the kind of image that makes one go back to it again and again. Great job!

From mundane to interesting. Moto, Really nice interpretation of this theme! I love the geometric and minimalist look of your image. Mundane or interesting? I go for the mundane; it is more in the spirit of this challenge.

Very nice indeed! I particularly like the way you composed the bridge shot. Well done!

Glad you captured them! Interesting post-processing. However, I would love to see the shot without any "special effect".
