Wow, Great job everybody. I do like each and everyone of these. I know it's a little early for Halloween, But that give you a little extra time to figure out what you want to do. Keep up the good work.

Had another go at this using a luminosity mask...I'm loving those luminosity masks...Many thanks to Fauxtoto for starting the thread 'Luminosity mask for selection' otherwise I probably would never have known about it. Then added the Moon brush by hawksmont and the Couple from Soul Mates kit by Daisytrail... Moment in the Moonlight

This is a great starter image! Just had to do another one.
- Ran the file through Hallows Eve. - Applied the Neon Glow filter (Filter>Artistic> . . .).

Extended the sky above, free transform to cant parts of the building, and finally applied JixPix Spektrel Art.
