Hi everyone,
Would you like to participate in the Weekly Photo Challenge? Just take a photo this week that is your interpretation of the theme and post it in this thread. This challenge is all about getting you out there (or inside) with your camera and shooting something you perhaps wouldn't normally photograph. Have some fun experimenting!
The rules are simple.
Your photo(s) should be your own, i.e., they should not have been taken by someone else. Your photo(s) should be taken during the week of the theme. You are allowed to do some photoshopping.
NOTE:
I am assigning no theme this week. It is your turn! Pick a theme which appeals to you, grab your camera, and capture something which will be an interpretation of the theme you chose. Just follow the rules delineated above. Also, let us know what your theme is and how your image relates to it.

My suggestion for this week is 'CLOCKS'. This is the clock on the outside of my garden shed.

I'll pickup on Phil's clock theme - The Royal Liver Building in Liverpool, which are the largest electronically driven clocks in the UK.

A different "take" on the theme this week: things I dislike. One of the things I hate is to see discarded litter in an attractive setting. Why cannot people dispose of their rubbish responsibly? Too much trouble! OK, that's my sermon for the week.

'll go with the theme "The Calm After the Storm!" as after three days of wild weather - howling winds, freezing temperatures, driving snow - today the winds died down, it warmed up, the clouds disappeared and we walked our favourite riverside trail in total calm. Thanks Sepiana for the choice of theme and for the 100th anniversary (even if you did send us that latest storm ) Tony

Clocks again. But this time Long Case (Grandfather) clock. My grandfather bought this clock new, in 1932. My mother inherited it in 1942. I have been its custodian since 1999. I did not know how to get rid of the reflections in the glass.

First of all, thanks and congratulations Sepiana for hitting the theme #100 milestone. Your efforts and creativity are appreciated. My theme for the week is flowers. Our spring has so far beenharsh, so finding a rare flower has been a short-lived treat. There's some damage to this flower, but it's what we have to work with and enjoy.

Phil, great capture! I love the contrast of the curved shape of the clock with the straight/angular lines of the shed. Well done!
I don't remember you participating in this challenge before. So, welcome aboard! You can find information about this challenge in What is the Weekly Photo Challenge?

Dennis Dennis, you picked an excellent theme (and one close to my heart). I feel exactly like you do.
Great composition! I love how you captured just one bottle with all the negative space around it.

whippet, very interesting theme! I really like how you chose to go B&W. It added "impact" to your images.

I love the leading lines created by the river(?) and the walkway. Well done!
I may have sent you that storm but, in return, you sent us . . . gusty winds, hail, rain, thunder, lightning. I guess we are even. Thanks!
