ATTENTION!!!
There is no longer a "next Sunday" posting deadline. You can grab your camera, take your photo, and post it in this thread any time you wish to.
Hi everyone,
Would you like to participate in the Weekly Photo Challenge? Just take a photo that is your interpretation of the theme and post it in this thread.
- Your photo(s) should be your own, i.e., they should not have been taken by someone else. - Photoshopping is allowed, but should be kept to the basics only rather than a total transformation. - Grab your camera, experiment, and, most of all, have fun.

How about starting with a walking trail taken (and shot) this morning, shortly after the theme was posted? Thanks for the theme Sepiana!

How about starting with a walking trail taken (and shot) this morning, shortly after the theme was posted? Thanks for the theme Sepiana! Bill, great shot (and great way to start your day)! I love how you captured the morning light on the ornamental grass. And the S-curve of the trail? A composition bonus!

On the road at a state park... Frank, I love how you went for a portrait orientation with the sky peeking through the top of the trees. One just gets drawn into the image. Great composition and DOF!

From Dantes View, Death Valley. bryston3bsst, great capture! You did justice to the natural beauty of Death Valley. Beautiful colors!
I admire you. Shooting pictures in Death Valley NP in August (Summer!!!)? With all the high temperature and heat index (110+)? Not for the faint of heart!

Phil, yes, indeed; you got two of the themes. Great shots -- leading lines, vanishing point! Well done!

This is a path through Hyde Park which culminates at the Archibald Fountain at the end. I used the equalise adjustment in PSE to boost the dynamic range of the image a bit. [/url

While driving around the countryside, I came across this place . . . where a bike trail crosses a country road.
