Thanks, Sepiana. BTW, I was quite interested to learn that any of this artist's work is in the US. She is quite well known in Europe, especially Italy, but seems to be almost unknown in this country. Rita I love her work, she is very well known in my hometown of Hannover in Germany. We have a number of her statues at the side of the river and then there is a grotto in the Royal Gardens Herrenhausen which is entirely made by her. As you said, she is very well known in Europe, so it is great to see that some of her work is also standing in the US.

An attempt at latte art Pete, this is a winner on two counts -- idea and execution. You never cease to surprise me! Great job!
Do you mind sharing how you achieved this effect?
Thanks BillieJean and Sepiana The idea came about when I saw a Latte art image created of a local musician. I had an idea of what to do and decided to experiment — haha— finally 30 trial and errors later , I decided to post my results. When you asked about my procedure … a light went on, maybe someone had created a photoshop tutorial for latte art. I discovered that there are a number of tutorials available. If I would have checked earlier, perhaps I would have had better (and quicker) results. Here are two latte art tutorials (for photoshop but can they be adapted for PSE). www.youtube.com/watch?v=2S_vyiwVxuYwww.youtube.com/watch?v=DnzvzHouwhA

Simone, I only read about this online and was not even aware of it until a cousin sent me her own photos taken in Herrenhausen a few years ago. I once worked in Hannover for about a year, but that was when reconstruction of the bombed-out inner city was still in its early stage and the Leine banks were just ruins. The transformation to the city of today is fantastic.
