Would you like to participate in the Weekly Photo Challenge? Just take a photo that is your interpretation of the theme and post it in this thread.
- Your photo(s) should be your own, i.e., they should not have been taken by someone else.
- Photoshopping is allowed but should be kept to the basics only rather than a total transformation.
- Grab your camera, experiment, and, most of all, have fun.

OK, I will start this week off with a shot I captured with my 'phone this morning, after a very cold night. Lines across the frosty grass.

Dennis, you saw Lines (courtesy of Mother Nature) with the eyes of a photographer. What a beautiful image! I love it! Great composition, resulting in an abstract type of image. This deserves a place on the wall.

I used a long-ish (1 second) shutter speed through the bus window on my way home to make lines with the lights.  Thanks for the theme Sepiana. I have another idea for a shot that I'll try over the next couple days. |

Bill, what a creative and well-executed interpretation of this week's theme -- lines made with lights! This is a mesmerizing image, the kind that keeps one going back to it again and again. Great job (as usual)!

This is the Orange Line train making lines as it left the station this morning. It surprised me to be able to see the Line 9 bus through the train windows. I wasn't expecting that at all!  The next shot is the Line 43 bus making lines as it turns the corner onto SW Sixth avenue.  Thanks for letting me experiment with a few things on your dime Sepiana. |

Lines of trees and their shadows make a lovely winter scene. I got this shot yesterday walking in Surrey.
