Pete, that's quite a capture! Beautiful panorama! You are a master at this technique.
This church looks familiar. Is it the one in Tucson? If so, thanks for the memories!

Yes, Sepiana, it's in Tucson. Even though I could have snapped the mission in a single capture I wanted higher resolution hence the 8 portrait mode pano.

Blended the moon with mission in layers. Moon exposure was captured just prior to the pano. Nice photo Peter! I assume you wanted high resolution to make a large print. Just a tip in case you are not aware. When I view your image at 100% on the screen there is a white fringe at about 2 o'clock on the circumference of the moon extending a little up and down the circumference. I suspect it's a result of your processing because it doesn't look natural. It's not easily visible on the posted image size but at 100% and if you make a largish print, it will definitely stand out. Just some food for thought

Just some food for thought Thanks for the heads up Bailey. What I posted is an unfinished project - moon capture was mine; I put them together to plan for the finished image. We had 2 photographers on site with different responsibilities. Mine was high quality building, my partner was moon. Thus far the 2 of us have viewed each other's captures and we both agree his moon images are far superior to mine - there are visible stars as well as a stunning moon.
