Ok since you asked for it
Auto tone
Removed her from the background
Created a 3d object from the image - the sphere
Removed those hearts
Blurred the background
Created a composite image
Orton Effect
Added Sun rays
Added a strong Vignette
Adjusted overall temperature of the Image
other than that not much else

- Created the snow globe effect with a template by Graycells-Graphic.
- Applied a snow overlay by Florabella.
- Created the frame effect with Filter Forge.
