One more - just a simple straighten, crop and tone adjustments - overall and local. Main change was to the white balance as I thought the original was a bit too blue for my taste. Added a vignette and a frame from Jodi.  Tony |

Last One...I applied the Fresco Filter. Duplicated that layer and applied the Neon Glow Filter with Vivid Light blend mode at 65% opacity.

Attempt to turn this into a night shot; all edits using Photo Raw 2018.5.1 * cropped & straightened * set white & black points * added a yellow headlight in local adjustments * selectively darkened & reduced saturation in local adjustments * added a motion blur in effects

I too tried a night shot. Added a solid color (dark blue) fill layer, adjusted the opacity. Used a soft brush in light yellow to simulate lights over the women on the sidewalk, windows & headlights and a moon.

- Applied the Camera Raw Filter.
- Straightened and cropped.
- Imported the file into Lightroom to apply a preset by Trey Ratcliff (with some tweaking).
- Applied a Pepsized Blur texture by Joe Vains.

Frank Thank you for the honor. Also congratulations to all the participants. I feel that this type of challenge is not only fun, but it is also a learning experience. I have participated in similar challenges at both the Photoshop Elements Techniques forum and later at the VillageElements forum. And it always amazed me to see what others could do with the same image.  Thanks again. |
