I just installed PSE 2018. In going through myphotos in the organizer I see that many place names are wrong. I'd like to select a group of photos and change / delete the place tag, but I haven't found a way to do that. I can do it one at a time, but that isn't very efficient. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi janxd,
I am using PSE 14. In its Organiser you can select a group of photos, then right-click the "Places" tag icon on anyone of the photos and then select "Remove from....." in the context menu that pops up.
Hope this helps

I see remove smart tags and remove keywords. I don't see any "places" in the gray box. I can do it one at a time, but that would take a long time to go through all my photos. Somehow I have attached a wrong place "virginia" for example to images in Europe and all throughout the USA. Perhaps I'm still not understanding what you are trying to tell me.

I had an idea and it worked!!! I took a group of photos and stacked them. When I right clicked I saw all the tags and deleted the incorrect ones. Then I expanded the stack. It works to eliminate incorrect tagging on a group of photos.
