Looking out the window this morning this yellow slicker immediately made me think of this week's challenge! Helen, good eyes and good thinking! Great idea presenting your shots as a storyboard.

pontiac1940 , great findings to interpret Yellow -- barley stubble and a sunflower. Mother Nature delivered and your captured it. Well done!

This ancient yellow kettle is one of the many decorative features dotted about around our holiday home in Redding. Dennis
Dennis, great finding -- an ancient yellow kettle! I really like the composition -- the curvy lines of the kettle contrasting with the straight lines of the boards. Eye-catching!

The predominant wildflower colour here in September is definitely yellow with Canada Goldenrod everywhere (one of the native plants we exported that has become invasive elsewhere) and wild tall sunflowers still in flower. Here's a shot from the wild part of the garden. Tony Tony, perfect for the Yellow theme -- goldenrod + sunflower! Beautiful image -- sharp, great DOF, different shades of yellow.

Here's a yellow mural that had appeal. ;-) Here's another splash of yellow. Bill, great interpretations of this week's theme. Well-composed and sharp shots! (The wordplay on the banana mural is a bonus. ). I really like how you shot the splash of yellow on the road -- leading lines inviting us to follow. What lies ahead?

Peterj , two great shots! I really like how you captured the lily (tiger lily?). A very minimalist composition, with spotlight on a single flower. Very effective!

Bailey , beautiful stained glass design. Your shot did justice to it.

I'll stop soon, but it's hard to find a 1938 General Motors School Bus that fits the theme and not post it. Bill, awesome capture! How did you find this jewel? It seems to be in mint condition. This image should go on the wall!
And, . . . don't stop!

whippet , three nicely composed shots -- simple, not too busy, drawing our eyes to the subject.
