Wow, there are some top submissions for this challenge which is great to see. Textures really are a lot of fun. Helen and Moss, your images really stand out for me - superb work. So pleased that you found a use for 'Orange Flambe', Helen  You have deftly blended your flower into it and the result is sensational. |

This is not exactly using textures..just used the process as outlined by Lillias. I omitted step #7. Thanks Lillias! Two of my own photos: a frozen bubble with ice crystals and a chickadee. A work in progress ... will revisit tonight or tomorrow. (I actually have work to do today! Fighting town hall. Fighting provincial government. Hell hath no fury like a senior with a computer.   )  |

And here I was worried that no-one would be interested in this challenge…instead there has been some really wonderful submissions. Thank you all for making the time to take part. I really do appreciate it.
PeteB your little lady looks sweet with her party dress.
Whippet what a lovely page. The flowers are gorgeous and love the sense of movement from the water.
Clive I’ll forgive you for not following the tut exactly. I understand those frozen bubbles are very difficult to make and capture so well done with that. I do have to say though that I feel sorry for the poor little chickadee – frozen in time...lol |
