blackmutt, thanks for this tutorial, I like it very much. I too find all painting difficult and this was my fifth try.

Thank you Helen. I found that the while the steps to get to the basic B&W rendering were quick and easy, the subsequent steps of hand drawing/erasing are where the secret sauce is. It took some time, but it was well spent I think! I am quite happy with the results overall. You should be, Tom. Your sketch is terrific! I mostly skipped the extra steps but your results make me want to go back and try this again sometime. |

Thanks Judy. Who figures out this stuff? Amazing. Got through it with only a couple of glitches I was able to work around. Not "sketchy" enough, but it's okay in my eye. Might try that again. Clive

- Applied an Art Paper texture by PDaily, Multiply blending mode, 50% Opacity.

I love her eyes. And the hint of pink on the lips, is a brilliant touch.
