At a Botanical Garden near me. Gardeners were working to plant some sort of ground cover around it, but I couldn't wait for them. The time was quite correct though.
Let's have 'The Flowers that Bloom in the Spring, Tra-La".

Fabulous Peter. Thanks! We have western spring beauty ( Claytonia lanceolata) in at least once location in Alberta and I won a photo contest with a photo of them. Dare I say? In 1972! ARGH! What is your pleasure now? Clive

Raw a n d polished gem stones? Would be a pretty expensive hobby to keep around he house Would you settle for cut and well polished crystal in two different moods?

I used to have this perched next to my daughter's high school graduation picture. It so reminded me of her when she was little with the pigtails and her little dog. She was just as precious as this little figurine looks....I still have the figurine but on a shelf in the bedroom. Her graduation picture has been replaced by wedding and mother pictures. What it needs is one of Judy's scrapbook papers!
How about a puppy?

Technically not a bug, this is an insect ... Our master naturalists group was counting life during stream monitoring.
Let's stay with insects for a while .... how about a butterfly or moth?

Taken at our local Butterfly World.
I would like to see an old style deckchair. The canvas type with a wooden frame.
