Frank....I especially like your composition, the creation of the pathway and removal of some of the headstones puts more emphasis on the church.
Lillias, convincing night scene. It looks like the moon is illuminating parts of the image....well done.

I started by doing a former challenge, which I had kept - except for the title.
Then I went into NIK, and tried several things in there - one of which was the sharpener tool.
Sorry I can't be any clearer, Helen.

Another try. NIK for canvas effect. The rest in Elements.

Raw Challenge No. 96 About the photo. The photo was taken in the Easton Cemetery (Easton, Penna.). The cemetery was incorporated in 1849 and is the resting place for more than 29,000 people. It is noted for its design, architecture, landscaping and funerary art. Also, it is on the National Register of Historic Places. At the time that I took this photo, I was looking to capture the fall colors. As I walked through the cemetery, I came upon the Chapel (built in 1875). Now, to select my three favorite images. First, the warmth of tonyw’s edit is very close to my recollection of the scene. Then the day to night effect by Lillias is convincing. As Helen noted, it appears that the Chapel is being shone upon by the moon. And finally, Frank’s b&w version with a blur effect, gave the cemetery a spooky halloween feel. Thanks to all who took part in the challenge.

Thanks, Pete! Congratulations to Tony, Lillias and Pete. Three well-chosen images that each depict a different mood.

The wonders of PSE never cease to amaze me.
I didn't realize this was a Challenge, challenge, otherwise, I would have tried harder.
