Just had to do another one!  This time . . .
- Ran my Color Sketch action.
- Applied Filter Forge (Patterned Dithering).
- Applied Adobe Paper Texture Pro (Lyme Fossil, Overlay blending mode, 100% Opacity).

Started off in FotoSketcher where I used the Cartoon 1 filter. Then into PSE where I applied Filter>Sketch>Photocopy. Blended the result with the original using the Saturation Blend Mode. Added clear frame by Jodi and then applied a Inner Ridge Bevel.  |
