If you have purchased Photoshop Elements from the Adobe store, please, take notice of these recently implemented changes. First change:
When you go to your Adobe account, you will notice the download links for your earlier purchases are no longer available. Ex.: I used to be able to download PSE 7 and PSE 10. This is no longer the case; only the links to download PSE 11 and above are now available.
Second change:
If your older version of Elements is not listed in your account and you need to download it, you will need to contact Adobe.
NOTE:
These changes are also relevant if you purchased the download from a non-Adobe store (Amazon, Costco, Best Buy, etc.) Detailed information from Adobe Help has been added to Photoshop Elements 2019 -- Resources.

If you have ordered your old PSE versions directly from Adobe, the download links are no longer together with the list of registered versions with the serial keys, they will appear if you select the list of orders (click on "orders" in the left side of the display). The links do appear along with each order details. For a test, I downloaded the PSE14 dowloads (the .exe and the .7s parts).
The direct links are now shown based on orders and no longer on registering. Also remember that very old PSE version up to PSE6 were never accessible via download, they were linked with the individual media supports (DVDs), no change there. It also appears that Adobe has set up a special support team in 'customer care' to deal with providing download links if you can give proof of purchase.

I have checked my Adobe account several times since these changes took place. The download links for PSE 7 and PSE 10 are nowhere to be seen; I can find only the registration information (serial number, platform, registration date). Good thing I always make backups of the pertinent files. No need to contact Adobe!

I must say it's well hidden...
1) In your accound, select "plans" on the top menu bar (greyed out, but accessible) 2) If you click on "My products", you get the list of your registered purchases with the serial keys
3) If you click instead on "Order history" above "My products" you get the list of orders and you can select the desired order.
4) You click on the order# column in blue on the order number
5) You get the serial key and the download link(s)
This only works for orders sent directly to Adobe, not registered products bought for instance from Amazon.

It's not clear from your screenshot if the orders shown do also show the order number from which you are supposed to get the download links? I have no idea for PSE7 and PSE 10. My PSE10 shows in my products with the serial key, but the download is not available. It was bought as box, not as ESD, so no surprise for me (I still have the box). This case was reported in Adobe's instructions to ACPs and MVPs as requiring to ask for the 'Contact Us' help desk.

Sorry! Yes, the order number is listed for those orders and I can get the download links -- PSE 11 through PSE 2019.
When I go to "My products", . . .
- It shows PSE 7 (serial#, but no download link). - PSE 10 (download version) is not even listed. - Interestingly enough, PSE 4 is listed (boxed version, purchased at a non-Adobe store).

I can see my list of orders and when I click on an order's link and go into the order, I see the link to download the application and serial number.

I also logged in my Adobe account. I have bought my products in a box, from third parties, not directly from Adobe. I did register them on Adobe Web site at the time. Here is how it looks when you fall into the category of the people who will have to contact Adobe if they ever need to download a previous version of Elements they have bought and registered: Manage Account > Plans > Order history: I get the message: "We didn't find any orders associated with your account" live.staticflickr.com/65535/46945735215_6fba155e17_b.jpg Manage Account > Plans > My products: All my products are listed with their respective serial number, but no link at all. live.staticflickr.com/65535/32917778357_5c6020a16b_b.jpg

The last version I purchased had the software in the box. I really want to have a hard copy so I've always looked for the disk version. In the future, I realize I can no longer get a disk and that has me bummed out. I guess I'll have to make my own hard copy. Oh well.

Just curious, why would you be concerned with older versions, do they have some feature you use that's no longer available in the newest ones?

why would you be concerned with older versions Indead some features on old versions are no longer available. I have seen is a table on this, but I do not know where to find it. Some people like to keep old versions since you do not have to uninstall them when getting a more recent one. I am glad Sepiana does so because she often uses them to help people who have problems with a specific version! Most probably, even if you keep many versions you wish to transfer your existing catalog on the new version you are installing, so you do not end up with a multitude of catalogs. Personally I do not keep older versions running because I find I have enough to deal with in the most recent I have, which is already… an old one (version 14). I still have the hard copy I bought. However, there have been upgrades made available online afterwards. Also, you never know, a bad luck, it can be destroyed and/or you may have to reinstall it, for instance on a new computer or after a computer crash. It is good to know it is still available online if needed.

Just curious, why would you be concerned with older versions, do they have some feature you use that's no longer available in the newest ones? Yes, Adobe is known to remove features from Elements. Ex.: the 3D Transform filter (PSE 8). The most significant of such a removal occurred in PSE 12.
What features from previous versions are not available in Adobe Photoshop Elements 12?
If you like a certain feature and it is one for which Adobe has not provided an alternative, then, you should keep your older PSE version installed.

I keep all my older versions of Elements installed (on two computers). First, for the reason you mentioned -- "to help people who have problems with a specific version!" Second, because I like some of the features Adobe removed (such as the Lighting Effects filter).
Is this what you are thinking of? What features from previous versions are not available in Adobe Photoshop Elements 12?
