I admire the photography, but what I envy is the travelling to get there

Harold Ross uses light to "paint" his images. I found his work quite extraordinary.

Sometimes our Search function pays off! I thought I had started a thread for inspiring photographers and wanted to add the mystical forests created by Inge Bovens from the Netherlands. Not sure if I might have shared her work before but at least now it will be included in this thread.

Do mystical forests really exist or is it only in fairy tales? Incredible photography. TFS

Just came across the work of this Russian photographer quite by accident. Enjoy! When looking through the pictures if you pause for a second and then keep scrolling more will pop up..... I never did get to the end!

Haven't added to this thread in awhile but came across the work of British Photojournalist Bert Hardy today. A wonderful collection of days gone by. Enjoy....and feel free to add to this thread when you come across an inspiring photographer. Love the three boys walking down the cobblestone street.

I recently came across the work of Leonard Misone. You don't have to be a lover of black and white photography to appreciate his atmospheric photography. Feel free to share the work of photographers whose work you admire in this thread. Thank you for sharing Helen. I had never heard of Leonard Misone before. What breathtaking artistic photography! And those were the days before digital photography and photoshop! It just goes to show that you don't need the latest and greatest camera and software to take great photographs. Kind regards Chris PS. The original link doesn't appear to be working anymore. However I found a gallery of his work by doing a Google search.

Thanks, Chris. I liked the soft "dream-like" quality of his images. I replaced the link in the original post.
